We started as an HVAC company in 1981. Added plumbing because our customers kept asking. Turns out the same things that make us good at heating and air—showing up on time, diagnosing properly, pricing honestly—work for plumbing too. What we handle:Water heaters: Tank and tankless. Repair, replacement, and the "it's making a weird noise" calls. Sacramento's hard water kills water heaters faster than most places. We've replaced thousands.Drain issues: Slow drains, clogged drains, drains that back up into places they shouldn't. We clear them properly—not just poke a hole through and call it done.Leaks: The ones you can see and the ones you can't. Under sinks, behind walls, under slabs. We find them and fix them before they become major water damage.General plumbing: Faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, supply lines, shut-off valves—the everyday stuff that breaks and needs fixing.Same standards as our HVAC work:No overtime charges. Midnight emergency costs the same as a Tuesday afternoon appointment.Flat-rate pricing. You know what it costs before we start.Techs who diagnose first. We figure out what's actually wrong, give you options, and let you decide. If it involves water in your house and it's broken, we probably fix it.

Our 4-Step Solution Process

Transparent, effective, guaranteed results

1

Water Heaters

Repair and replacement for tank and tankless units. Sacramento's hard water is rough on them.

Learn More

Water heaters take a beating in Sacramento. Hard water builds up sediment, eats anodes, and shortens lifespan. We see tanks fail at 8-10 years that should last 15.Repair: Thermocouples, gas valves, heating elements, thermostats—the stuff that fails before the tank does. If the tank is still solid, repair makes sense.Replacement: When the tank is rusted, leaking, or just old enough that repair doesn't pencil out. We size it right, install it to code, and haul the old one away.Tankless: More efficient, endless hot water, longer lifespan. Also more expensive upfront and requires maintenance. We install them, service them, and give you honest advice on whether they make sense for your situation.

2

Drain Clearing

Slow drains, clogged drains, backups. We clear them properly—not just poke through.

Learn More

Clogged drains are annoying. Recurring clogs mean something's actually wrong.Simple clogs: Hair in the bathroom drain, grease in the kitchen line. We clear them and tell you how to prevent them.Main line issues: Tree roots, bellied pipe, buildup that's been accumulating for years. We camera the line to see what's actually happening, then give you options.Sewer problems: When it backs up into the house, you need someone fast. We do emergency drain calls at the same rate as scheduled ones.We don't just ram a snake through and leave. If there's a bigger problem, we'll find it and tell you about it.

3

Leak Detection & Repair

Find leaks before they cause major damage. Fix them properly.

Learn More

Some leaks are obvious—water spraying, puddles forming. Others hide for months, rotting subfloors and growing mold behind walls.Visible leaks: Under sinks, at supply lines, around fixtures. Usually straightforward repairs.Hidden leaks: Water bill spiked for no reason? Hear water running when nothing's on? Might be a slab leak, a leak in the wall, or a supply line failing somewhere you can't see.We find them. Pressure testing, acoustic detection, moisture meters—whatever it takes to locate the problem. Then we fix it right, not just patch it.Slab leaks are their own thing. Copper pipes under concrete, corroding from the outside or inside. We'll talk you through the options: spot repair, reroute, or repipe.

4

General Plumbing

Faucets, toilets, disposals, supply lines—the everyday stuff that needs fixing.

Learn More

Not everything is an emergency. Sometimes the faucet drips, the toilet runs, or the disposal makes a grinding noise. We handle the small stuff too:Faucets and fixtures: Repair or replacement. We can match existing fixtures or help you upgrade.Toilets: Running toilets, weak flush, leaks at the base. Repair what can be repaired, replace what can't.Garbage disposals: Jammed, leaking, or just dead. We fix or replace them.Supply lines and shut-offs: Those braided lines under your sink and behind your toilet? They fail eventually. The shut-off valves that haven't been turned in 20 years? They seize up. We replace them before they become emergencies.Same flat-rate pricing, same quality work—whether it's a major repair or a dripping faucet.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I find a water leak in my house?
Check your water meter with all water off—if it's still moving, you have a leak. Listen for running water sounds. Look for water stains, warped flooring, or musty smells. Check under sinks, around toilets, and near water heaters. If you can't find it, we have leak detection equipment.
Why is my water pressure low?
Possible causes: partially closed main valve, clogged aerators, corroded pipes, failing pressure regulator, or municipal supply issues. If it's sudden, check if it's house-wide or one fixture. If gradual, it's likely pipe buildup or a failing regulator.
Should I turn off my water when I go on vacation?
For trips longer than a few days, yes. A small leak can become a major flood while you're gone. Turn off the main valve or at minimum, shut off individual fixtures like the washing machine. Better safe than water damage.
Why does my toilet keep running?
Usually a faulty flapper, fill valve, or float adjustment. It's wasting water constantly. Most toilet repairs are straightforward—we can have it fixed in under an hour.
What causes pipes to burst?
Freezing is the main cause, but that's rare in Sacramento. More common here: corrosion, high water pressure, tree root intrusion, age, or ground shifting. If you have galvanized pipes and notice reduced flow, they're corroding from the inside.
How do I know if I need to repipe my house?
Signs include: discolored water, frequent leaks in different locations, low water pressure throughout the house, or visible corrosion on exposed pipes. If you have galvanized pipes and they're over 50 years old, repiping is probably coming.
